Double Marker Test
Hello, I had my double marker test the Free beta HCG says 24.30 IU/L corrected MOM is 0.30, and PAPP- A Level is 3.01 IU/L and corrected MOM is 0.76. NT is 1.47mm and Nasal Bone is 3.2mm. Is my report normal ???

As per the values you have given , Bhcg MOM of .30 & , PAPP-A MOM of .76 are normal , the cut off for NB is also fine .. But the interpretation of combined first trimester screening is done on the basis of risk ratio . All these values you have mentioned ( Maternal age , NT , BHCG & PAPP-A) are put in a software & the risk ratio is obtained.If the risk ratio is less than 1 in 250 , than it is considered screen positive & values more than 1:250 is considered screen negative
