Get serum electrolytes, serum calcium,  vit d, b12, checked and share results.   Instead of taking Newtel am,( telmisartan 40 and amlodipine 5), take tab telmisartan 20mg, and amlodipine 5 mg in morning. Telmisartan does reduce uric acid as well. Avoid beer, spinach, tomatoes, peas, beans. Repeat uric acid after 4 weeks. For muscle cramp,  take tab evion 400mg one morning and one evening for 4 weeks.

Take tabe one time and report bp
