Rabies spreads only through the saliva of the infected dog. Dog scratches don’t cause Rabies
Next Steps
Scratch or bite, one should always wash the wound with soap and water
Health Tips
Regularly trim your dogs nails

If the dog is alright after 20 days of contact in this case then no need for anti rabies vaccination

Rabies spread via infected animal saliva in a wound. So it can only spread via bite or lick. Dog's nail scrachs don't have risks. Since it has been more than 10 days and the dog is fine. There is risk in this case. You can relax
