Does patient have fatty liver syndrome?

Full body report. Rest everything is normal. Thyroid and blood count. But liver is problematic. Can you please tell me what's the diagnosis?

Your  test report show an increase in liver enzymes and increase in cholesterol and triglycerides levels .liver enzymes rise could be due to fatty liver or deranged lipids.liver enzymes are slightly elevated , if due to the fatty liver,could be confirmed by an ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
