Hello, thank you for sharing this. Psychological assessment to rule out panic disorder or health anxiety. Consult a psychologist and psychiatrist for a personalized treatment plan — therapy, and if needed, short-term medication. You’ve been managing this for a year — now it’s time to get support. The good news: this is treatable, and many people recover with structured care.

Hi, Amitriptyline (Amnurite) can cause sleep disturbances if stopped abruptly. It’s likely your insomnia is due to withdrawal. Please consult your doctor to either restart a low dose and taper slowly or explore other sleep-supportive options.
Next Steps
Avoid self-medication. Seek a psychiatrist or general physician to discuss safe tapering or alternatives like melatonin or non-habit-forming sedatives.
Health Tips
Do not stop medications suddenly, especially those affecting sleep or mood- always taper under supervision.
