Dizziness, Slouching position

When i woke up from my bed, i feel dizzy back of my head. But i didn't face that when i walking or sitting. I'm using mobile excessively with slouching position, neck muscles feel like stiffed. When i open my mouth or swallow my jaw sounds like clicking. Please suggest me any exercise or any diet.

You need to get assessed in detail. Could be because of your posture muscles are affecting your jaw and resulting problem also causing dizziness. Mostly cervical issues impact these 2 things. Assess for tmj disorder and cervical spondylosis and also positional vertigo

There are two reasons for your dizziness at this age. 1. Neck disc lesion. 2. Ear problem. You should consult a Physiotherapist in person for complete assessment and take an MRI CERVICAL SPINE to rule out the cause for your problem. If your MRI is clear then consult an ENT.
