Several years ago. When I was a child,10 years. I felled from chair and hit back of my head. No issues after that. Now, I'm taking medicine for schizophrenia. Now, my head is dizzing before sleeping and when I wake up. Is this a side effect of the medicine or caused by that fell.

Dizziness is a vague term.. clarify whether it’s drowsiness or vertigo or blurring of vision. Diagnosis and management depends on the exact diagnosis. Consult me for further management

Dizziness is unlikely due to fall. It is due to medication. Usually these drugs are sedatives, which causes drowsiness or giddiness. If the symptoms present all over the day, consult your treating doctor for change of dose or tablet.
