It is really amazing the depth in which you are giving number of steps and calorie consumption etc. I would like to understand the kind of food you are consuming and timings. We can't just look at calories to cut weight, we need to look at other supporting nutrients as well, because they are the ones that affect the utilization of Carbs, fat etc.
Do help me understand the same so we can work on it further.
