Dizziness from morning

My husband is 35 yrs old. After he wakes up, he felt dizziness. Also whenever he shakes his head he feels the same. What could be the reason. Any medicines or home remedy would be helpful as we r unable to go to hospital.

Dizziness could be due to various reasons. Ear problems are one of reasons. Even indigestion could cause this. Take light diet. Drink plenty of water. If the problem persists even after 2-3 days consult ENT specialist.
