Hello doctor, I am having dizziness and lightheadness with weakness. Around 2 months back, I was having heart rate increase with chest pain and dizziness which was moving. I had a echo, and other tests done for heart related problems but it came normal. Now the only problem I am having is dizziness with confusion sometimes. The blood tests that were done a month ago are as follows:- WBC - 8.6 * 10^3 /uL RBC - 5.19 * 10^6/uL HGB - 12.3 g/dL HCT - 35.6% MCV - 68.6 fL MCH - 23.7 pg MCHC - 34.6 g/dL PLT - 353000 /uL . . . LYM - 36.2% MXD - 5.8% NEUT - 58% . . RDW- SD - 34.3 fL RDW-CV - 12.9 % . . . PDW - 12.1 fL MPV - 9.9 fL P-LCR - 24.4% PCT - 0.35% Please suggest me. Should I take iron deficiency tablets or not? What do you think what it is that is causing this as heart problems are ruled out? Thanks
