Dizziness and Heavy breathing

I am suddenly feeling very dizzy and weak and having problem to breath. My blood pressure is low (110/69) and heart rate has increased to 110/min. What should i do now? I am feeling really weak and breathing heavily.

BP is not low, heart rate might be due to anxiety. Anemia must be ruled out .

Chek ur oxygen  level if Below 95 need to consult to hospital immediately If oxygen level are normal Chek for fever due to tachycardia  pulse  rate 110 Can't comment fully on chat If dehydration or loose motions take ors If everything is fine relax take deep Breaths If nothing found helpful Consult immediately to near by hospital..
