Irrespective of your age and your level of physical fitness, you should always listen to your body. Having dizziness after playing shows that you are over-exerting yourself. Please stop doing vigorous exercise when you feel tired or dizzy.
Next Steps
Please consult a General Physician on Practo for detailed discussion . You may need some tests

1.Overexertion can lead to dizziness. 2.But basic things like BP,heart rate,SPO2 should be checked. 3.Family history of heart disease has to be kept in mind.Rare causes like HOCM must be kept in mind in case you are interested in carrying on your strenuous physical activites. In USA and other advanced nations it's mandatory to screen for heart conditions in young athletes.
Next Steps
Limit your exertion If it gets too bothersome, you can consult a physician and if needed get a proper evaluation.
