  4. Hit my head while at play. Attention.

Hit my head while at play
I got hit by a squash ball on the right back side of my head. The impact was severe but no serious symptom of a major concussion  such as vomiting, blurry vision, loss of conscious or bleeding was observed. Today the pain is strong and it hurts badly when i touch the spot. Am able to do my regular chores though and am working today as well. Please suggest if I need to seek any medical attention.
