Iam having a lot of thoughts and feel disturbed with them 24*7 and feel insecure to do anything.I donno whom to share because Iam unable to express them properly.

Hello Need to know proper details to rule out more things so please consult any professional.don't worry whether you are expressive or not.its the profession of any counsellor to make you such that you can express your feelings and deal with the circumstances in life.many times various thoughts interferes in our daily routine and life becomes so frustrating.its good that you know your problem and trying to resolve it.if you need my help you can contact me online.in the meanwhile do few things make yourself busy as much as you can ,many times thoughts will come but slowly it will disappear ,develop some hobbies,make some good friend with whom you can share every things,take proper meals ,don't skip any meal,write your thoughts on paper,you can make your diary also.
