As per the MRI reports there is disc material in the canal. That will need removal if there is impingement of neural tissue. Will need consultation.

A history and examination is needed Is it only low back ache or is it radiating to either or both lower limbs? Is it associated with weakness? Any pain on walking short distances? Duration? How is it affecting your daily activities?

First of all a detailed clinical examination is needed to evaluate your proper findings and symptoms . And based on this mri reports and after doing clinical examination you might need decompression ( Discectomy )

We must assess the clinical symptoms and correlate them with the MRI findings. A thorough neurological examination should be conducted, focusing on the sensory and motor functions of the L4 and L5 nerve roots. • Motor examination: Evaluate dorsiflexion of the ankle and extension of the great toe. • Sensory examination: Assess dermatomal sensation corresponding to L4 and L5 distributions. • Reflexes: Test the knee reflex (L4) and ankle reflex (S1) to identify any abnormalities.
