Digestion problem, stamina problem

Have stamina problem. Get tired easily. Skinny since childhood. No regular diet because of traveling cities and countries. Low blood pressure problem. Falls sick now and then.

Kindly get your self investigated for all blood profile including vit d,  b12 and iron . Avoid deep fried ,high sugar based and high salt foods. Deworm yourself Take probiotic supplements to prevent indigestion. Eat home made  curd regularly. Eat small frequent meals. Include fruits and vegetables juices in your routine food plan. Need to consult a nutritionist for proper food planning since you travel frequently.
