Iam trying from last three to four months..but unable to conceive..my periods cycle is 30 days..periods are regular but there is heavy flow only for two days.. please help

You need to get some basic investigation done. Start taking tablet folic acid it may help you If your periods are regular it's absolutely good Please connect for further discussion
