Hi welcome - For oral ulcers or sore ,you must maintain hygiene, avoid spices, oils very less, salt, too much hot foods, no out side junk/fast foods.
So far I can see your diet is already in imbalance stage. Go high protein diet from foods at home irself.. Add 2eggs, spinach, legumes like dal, pulses, sprouts, all dairy dources ,300-500 milk, paneer, chana, yogurts, curd etc. Have 1pc 100gm fish at Lunch, dinner also 1 pc chicken or fish . 5 days non.veg. 2 days veg you can plan. proper diet cum exercises can help you right body shape.
