Diet plan to reduce weight

I want to reduce my weight. I gain weight during pregnancy and my child is almost 2.6 years now but I hadn't lose any weight I am obese now for 2 years please provide some diet plan.

You need to do some physical exercise regularly. Diet and exercise both is equally important.You need to follow regular meal timings.your diet should be rich in complex carbohydrates proteins and fibre rich foods.

Hello... U will definitely loose weight. According to ur height, ur ideal body weight should be 57-58kgs. So for that u need to go for low fat, high Fibre, diet. For that u can take my appointment.. Will guide after assessing u medically and about ur eating habits also.
