For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Hi Yes both are good for health..but you can take them once in every two or three days...daily not required.. Keep changing foods...and consume variety of foods... Donot stick to one particular food variety for long time.. Green tea if taken in the morning is also fine or 30 mins before to lunch is also fine ... Note :. Moderation is the key... Thankyou

Hi Fenugreek has benefits for lowering blood sugar  levels, boosting testosterone, and increasing milk production in breastfeeding mothers. It  may also reduce cholesterol  levels, lower inflammation, and help with appetite control but still research need to be done on it. So these are the benifits off Fenugreek. Green tea is very good for health it have abounded off antioxidants ,keep your weight check and make you feel fresh, good for health .

Yes it is very good. You can continue this. If you have digestive issues, instead of taking fenugreek seeds in the morning, soak a teaspoon each of whole jeera, fenugreek seeds, dhaniya seeds, sauf, and ajwain at night and drink that water after decanting the seeds. Any issue with your digestion will be solved and overall gut health will be maintained.
