My age is 28 yrs old,weight 50,day by day,i became very weak..and thin..after doing work i became very weak and tired..i have gas,acidity,constipation problem...tell me a proper diet chart for through out the whole day...dont know proper what to eat in breakfast ,after breakfast n lunch ,after dinner n in night...i want to be physically fit n healthy...want to gain atleast 5kg weight..so that..i can do my work.without any tiredness.i am in anxious mood...plz help me..plz give me a diet chart..
