Since u r taking metformin b12 supplements are necessary as metformin impairs the absorption of vitamin b12. Vitamin d is very common in Indians and regular supplement is a good idea or if possible regular walks in the sun. But if I look at the reports the worrying thing is that blood sugar is not controlled. HbA1c is 8.7
