Hello! You should take a well balanced diet that is rich in various food groups like Fruits, Vegetables (raw and cooked both), Nuts ,Seeds, Whole grains, Protein rich foods like Dal, Pulses, sprouts, Soya paneer, Curd , Paneer (&if non vegetarian then eggs and fish).
In addition, you can start with practice of certain yogasanas like Tadasan, Yastikasan etc. Take proper guidance for Diet and Yoga.
Refrain from low nutrient density foods like refined flour,
sugar , fried stuff and aerated drinks.
