A proper diet for a kidney transplant patient and food I should stop completely . It will be very helpful.

Hi welcome - here is tentative Diet Plan :- 6 am - 300ml water -fresh air ,mild activities Then 2 cream cracker Biscuits - liker tea. 7.30 - am - 2-4 pcs white breads , 3 tsf chana & 5ogm curd. or oat meal/ dalia/poha/Porridge/ home made mix noodles (no oil/butter) 10 am - 1 fruit like Guava , 4 pcs papaya 12. Lunch - 80 gm quality rice , dal, mix gourds veg, (less potatoes ) , 1 fish rohu / live any , 50 gm curd. 3 pm -1 fruit 6.30 pm - any low-calorie meal as like break fast with liker tea 8.30- any veg .soup 9.30 pm -, Phulk roti ,dal, mix veg, sprouts / plain paneer, gourds vegetable mix, yogurts 10.30 - Milk 200ml with some water can be taken at bed time to get some enerygy. Tight sleep, no or avoid completely all fried foods, no salty or cream rich foods, very less saly\t or restrictions.
