Grade 3 kidney disease along with chronic heart failure requires a fixed fluid and food intake. The decreased kidney function will have lot of food restrictions.
Give around 1 litre of water , cut down on salt , avoid all non veg foods and give food which is of thick consistency . Please measure how much fluid and food is eaten daily.
