Diarrhoea and then constipation

Suffered from diarrhoea for 5-6 days from 15th Nov, pooping 5-9 times a day...took O2 tab but didn't help...took imodium capsule and reduced to 1 time pooping a day while taking it for 2 days...but after since then it's hard lumpy stools that cause pain and slight tears in the anus while pooping. Solution please.

Apply Ointment Cremagel and also if possible share ur further details so that i can help u either Take warm water(luke warm) sitz bath with betadiene 2-3 times in a day and also take plenty of fibres it will help u a lot

Oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside the anus n rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely two times a day for two weeks for complete healing. DUPHALAC SYR 10ml at night till required. U had induced constipation. Emodium is too strong.
