yes you can include karela and janum in your diet .
but instead of focussing only on karela and jamun it would be more helpful to you if you modify your diet over all (e.g avoid sweets or high intake of
sugar etc.)
also you have to modify your lifestyle e.g. 6 to 7 hr sound sleep, getting up early in the morning, regulate your bowel movements etc.
a;so you have to spare dedicated time for the exercises ( not only working with weights but running, yoga, pranayam etc. ) which will help to maintain physical as well as mental health.
