Attached is the CBC report and simple typhoid test. Please tell if it is typhoid or not? Taking ceftum 500 will work?
It more looks like viral fever as ur total count n platelet both on lower end.
widal test has to be done on weekly basis after symptoms of fever is started n raising titre is specific for typhoid.
If viral fever, tab ceftum will decrease platelet count more.
