Depression, social anxiety

I have been getting anxiety attacks for a long time now. I have hormone problems as well. It's very hard to even convince myself to go to college because i cannot get off my bed and i cannot talk to people or face them. I'm only comfortable with a select few. On good days i can go anywhere but on bad days i have mood swings and really bad panic attacks for no reason at all. I've had family issues and have been diagnosed with bipolar before but currently don't have records of it.
