It's looking like apthous ulcer And opt isn't clear Yet will suggest you to go for iopa as It could be periapical abscess

Hello sir, Your OPG is not clear. Overlapping has occurred in the concerned teeth area in OPG. But by your clinical picture it seems to be like an apthous ulcer. Proper history is needed as there are many causes of apthous ulcers. Visit the clinic or take an online consultation.
