Visit a dentist at the earliest. Get a radiograph done for the filled tooth. There is every chance of secondary caries developing under the existing filling, which may be the cause of pain. If so your filling needs to be redone or the the tooth may undergo Root canal treatment. Regarding food Impaction, an over contoured or undercontoured filling or proximal overhangs may just be the reason for this. This may end up in serious pain and gum problem soon. So don't neglect your problems and get professional help.
