Go to your doctor and discuss with him.it seems to be an implant failure ..but should confirm first.

Hello am Dr varun from Hyderabad prosthodontist and implantologist....there are some time chance of the crown that is ur cap may move ..or ..the abutment...that is the part which is attached to the implant which is placed inside ur bone....and very cases ..implant itself may move..which means ..implant failure   so better u consult ur dentist and get complete x ray u will come to know ....
