How necessary it is to get a dental crown fixed on a tooth which has undergone rct? What will happen if I don't get it done over my tooth?

Hi...its not always necessary to giv crown for rc treatd tooth....but it depends on the remaining tooth structure..if its a weak tooth definitly u need a post n  crown...ther are other options like overlays ,in which remaining tooth z preserved instead f cutting it..can be done in posterior tooth....everything depends on the tooth number n position...cant do overlays in front tooth...

Depends what size of decay was to start with If tooth was decayed a lot, you certainly need crown Else tooth may fracture , so rct ll be a waste

Crown protects the RCT treated tooth in multiple ways. It protects from getting fractured, filling dislodgement and food obstruction. So go for a crown.

It depends on tooth decay and width of canal. If tooth decayed more and width of canal is more then you should instantly go for crown. Likelihood rct tooth should covered with crown, because rct tooth become brittle. Tooth will fracture easily.
