If your gums are bleeding means there is gingival inflammation which will reduce after cleaning of teeth only. 2 years is long time if you get it again nothing will happen. And for sensitivity your dentist will prescribe you a toothpaste and mouthwash. If your oral hygiene is excellent and still if you're having bleeding there might be any systemic health issue which has to be correlated clinically.
Next Steps
Get cleaning done.
Health Tips
Maintain proper oral hygiene with brushing twice daily. if you don't get cleaning bleeding won't subside it will increase your gum disease.

To help manage this issue, I recommend maintaining good oral hygiene practices. This includes brushing your teeth at least twice daily, using a mouthwash like Vantej Aqua, and a toothpaste such as Vantej for sensitivity. Parodontax toothpaste for better results. Additionally, warm saline rinses twice daily can be beneficial. Regular dental care is also essential, so I advise visiting your dentist every six months for a thorough checkup and cleaning. By following these guidelines, you can take proactive steps towards optimal oral health.

Bleeding from the gums is usually due to gingivitis (inflammation and infection of the gums). The treatment is to remove the plaque and tartar from the affected teeth periodically, usually every 6 months to a year. Sensitivity in the exposed root surfaces after scaling is quite normal. This can be alleviated by using a desensitising toothpaste such as Colgate Pro-Relief or Sensodyne for 1-2 weeks after the cleaning.
