Delay period, Negative Beta Hcg

Hello Doctor, My period was supposed to come on 23rd April, however it's late. I had protected sex However due to Condom tear i had to take ipill. Again after due to some circumstances i had to take another ipill. Did my beta Hcg blood test on the 41st day of the cycle and the results have come back negative. Just wanted to confirm how reliable are beta Hcg blood test Please note I have pcod and my period sometimes are late. I previously had irregular cycle, where I was prescribed Crina NCR 20  twice daily for 3 days. I took it this time as well and completed my dose on Monday, It's been 2 days no sign of period. When can I expect my period to start. Is pregnancy surely ruled out with negative beta Hcg

As beta hcg is negative, no chances of pregnancy Wait for a week for menses to start
