My wife is in 7th month pregnancy but instead of increasing, breast size has decreased, is it normal? Or is it a cause of worry?

Get her prolactin level done , if the level which normally increases in pregnancy has increased, then no worries. Adv Prolactin level of blood .

Please keep a measurement of the girth of the chest. Our first job is to confirm that there is a distinct decrease in the breast size. Even if it has actually decreased there is no definite treatment indicated but without the measurements you will be changing your Doctor everyday and wasting money.
