Decrease in appetite due to constipation

Decrease in appetite due to constipation. I had constipation and i am not hungry in the day time. I only eat twice a day. I believe the loss of apetite is a common problem in constipation. Can anyone let me know how to  fix this? Are there any natural solutions??

You should first seek a consultation with a General Physician to find out how serious the problem is.  Most of the patients get cured by laxatives. Some will need enema on a few occasions. Then only we can decide whether you will be cured by medicines or need emptying of the bowel by some procedures. At the end I can say that constipation is caused by lifestyle problems but a cure is a big problem.
