Does Dayvigo lead to the development of tolerance over time? Is tolerance a potential concern when using Dayvigo? Can prolonged use of Dayvigo result in tolerance development? Does Dayvigo's efficacy diminish due to tolerance with extended usage?

In the short term the molecule has been used in practise it has not shown signs of tolerance. In fact It is among the best molecules which can be used as and when necessary. However for regular users the issue of tolerance will be known in a year or 2. Good luck

There is no evidence that prolonged use of Lemborexant (Dayvigo) leads to tolerance. The efficacy remains same over time or with extended usage.

Nothing to worry while taking Lemborexant

Research has indicated that long-term administration of Dayvigo is unlikely to produce withdrawal signs or symptoms when it is discontinued. This suggests that it lacks physical dependence; however, more research is needed. I don't think efficacy will decrease over time.
