Can I apply kojicare skin lightening cream for treatment of dark lips? I have applied so many lip balm but none of them worked. Plz do reply

No.. treatment depends on the grade of pigment...Undergo glutathione therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
