Dark blue color on arm after blood draw

Yesterday blood was drawn for some tests from the arm and now i see dark blue patch near to it. Should i be concerned?

Bruising is common after venepuncture.You should not be concerned about it. Apply an ice pack wrapped in a cloth for 10 to 20 minutes in the first 24 hours and after the 2nd day apply warm water cloth over it . It resolves on its own within a few days to weeks . You can apply thromophobe cream 2-3 times daily
