Dairy free calcium during pregnancy

I want to remain dairy free during my pregnancy. Can i get calcium from Ragi or other food items. I am not drinking milk due to adulteration. I am in 2nd trimester of my pregnancy.

It is very difficult to meet the requirements from other sources. It's better u take supplements for the same Also u can have ragi Til Groundnut Try to have curd and add some mix seeds like pumpkin, sesame seeds, chia seeds into it

Gud afternoon  if u don't prefer milk then u can  have soymilk or almond milk or lactose free pure milk as a substitute n yes u can have ragi as a good source of calcium.
