You should include all colored fruits n vegetables in your diet.aAtleast 2 fruits n 3 vegetables per day will add more vitamins minerals and antioxidants i d body.For sensitive skin use a mixture of turmeric green gram flour sandalwood and badam powder in equal quantities to wash your face n body.do not bleach or use chemicals on d skin.
