Hi, I had a medical abortion at 5 weeks and had bleeding for a week. After that the doctor found some RPOC(parts of remaining placenta) in the scan with endometrial thickness 7mm. So we went for D&C immediately. Its been 3 weeks since d&c and still have not got my period. When will I have my periods back?

Hi. Usually you can wait for 3-4 weeks after D&C to get your periods. Just make sure not to have unprotected intercourse during this period as you can become pregnant again
