I have cuts and rough skin all over the inside of my mouth since more than 2 weeks. These are extremely painful and I'm unable to eat/taste anything. Since 2 days I have also been experiencing the same burn in my food pipe. This might be because of consumption of spicy food in spite of the condition of my mouth and body heat. Please suggest what I should do to cure this?

It is some kind of autoimmune reaction or fungal infection which aggrevate with spicy food. It's an emergency, visit an oral medicine specialist. Don't ignore it.
