CT report of whole abdomen

Please see my ct scan report it reveals mesenteric lymphadenopathy and calcification in liver . Is it maglinant or harmless. Please tell me I am scare . Report attached

If it was so easy to tell, the Doctor doing a CT scan would have said. You have to go for more investigations and treatment by an Onco-surgeon.

The small calcification may be due to old hydatid cyst which has now become calcified. It doesn't seem to be a malignant spread, though a few more tests may be required to assess the possibility. The mesenteric lymphadenopathy may be because of viral gastroenteritis. It can be managed. Consult if and when required.
