CRP test report

My uncle was having fever with chills .Once the fever subsides down , it again restarts again. Apart from that he is having joint pain in knees. Local Doctor suggested some tests like CRP . Test results are not within normal limit. Serum CRP 43.4 mg/L.  Platelet Count 1.75 lakh per Cu mm. Please let me know , if you have any suggestion for him. In case it requires a specialist please let us know which specialist we should consult for this.
