Before giving blood for creatinine test Should drink water or should not drink water? Or how much water should drink? And how much time before should drink water? Does drinking water effect creatinine level test?

Drinking water / withholding water immediately before the test doesn't have effect the test result for creatinine , as long as you're not dehydrated , which can show raised values .

No problem if you drink water if you have not drank for long hours before. If samples are drawn in a dehydrated state false high concentrations are reported.
