Cramp in neck

I get frequent cramps in my right side of neck. Why does it happen? Some instances i get when i am in very cold space or do heavy workout... At such times when i breat in heavily i get cramps. Please guide.

Frequent cramps are associated with calcium deficiency, dehydration and improper muscle action. Unless there is an underlying musculoskeletal problem associated with it
