I have attached my x ray film I had covid in first wave Can someone tell me how much my lungs are damaged in covid approximately 5% or 10%

The extent of damage to the lungs is not assessed by plain X ray chest. It is assessed by HRCT. Please get an HRCT done if you are really interested in finding the extent of damage to the lungs.

Hrct or pet scan will show it.. xray will not show anything

You should do high resolution contrast CT scan of chest to make more evaluation of lung .

Don't worry about damage. You should follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty foods and don't smoke and don't take sugar and it's byproduct and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation.
