Good evening I am suffering from cough with greyish mucus from 5 days and stuffy nose . Kindly help me.

Tab.cefixime 200mg twice daily Cap.pantoprazole twice daily Tab.montecLC twice daily Syrup ambroxol+guiphenasin. 5 ml twice daily Take warm water Avoid fried and junk food Use nasal saline drops..3 drops in each nose before sleep.

Stam inhalation twice a day. Tab moxclav 625mg bd x 5 days Syp ascorl 5ml tid x 5 days Tab pantop 40mg od x 5 days. Avoid cold foods and cold weather. If not reducing even after 2 days of the above, consult a physician with cbc test report (to be done in a lab)
